Ingredients

  • 4 1/2 C. Seasoned Croutons
  • 2 C. Shredded Chedder Cheese
  • 1 medium Onion-chopped
  • 1/4 C. Red Pepper - chopped
  • 1/4 C. Green Pepper - chopped
  • 4 oz can sliced Mushrooms, drained
  • 8 eggs
  • 4 C. Milk
  • 1 tsp salt & mustard
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 8 Bacon strips, cooked & crumbled

Preparation

Step 1

Sprinkle croutons, cheese, onion, peppers & mushrooms into 2 greased 8 x 8 baking dishes. In a bowl, combine the eggs, milk, salt, mustard & pepper. Slowly pour over vegetables. Sprinkle with bacon. Cover & freeze.

IF FROZEN: Thaw in fridge 24 hours or more. Remove from fridge 30 min prior to baking. Bake, uncovered, at 350` for 50 to 60 minutes or til knife comes out clean.
