  • 2 lbs cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1 12 oz bottle Frank's Hot Sauce
  • 2 8oz pkgs cream cheese
  • 1 16 oz bottle Ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 8 oz shredded Monterey Jack or sharp cheddar cheese

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. In 9x13 pan, combine chicken meat with entire bottle of Frank's hot sauce, spreading to form an even layer.

In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine the cream cheese and Ranch dressing, stirring until hot and smooth. Pour this mixture over the chicken mixture. Sprinkle celery over top and bake uncovered for 20 minutes, the sprinkle cheese over top and bake an additional 15-20 minutes our until hot an bubbly. Do not let top brown or it will be hard.
