1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 avocado
1 tsp lemon juice

Step 1

Cut avocado lengthwise, remove pit. Peel off the skin, mash pulp. Add remaining ingredients, beat until smooth. Use as a dip for potato chips or crackers.
