Ingredients
- 1 lb. Red beans
- 1 medium onion
- 1 bunch green onions
- 7 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup parsley
- 1 rib celery
- 1/2 ! Cup catsup
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 tblsp. worchestershire
- 2 tsp. Tobasco
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 tsp. Thyme
- 1 lb. Ham
- 1 lb. Sausage
- Salt and pepper to taste
