Ingredients
- 2 pints strawberries, cut into small pieces
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 C milk
- 1/2 C water
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp Brandy
- 1 C flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 2 tbsp sugar
- powdered sugar (for topping)
- whipped cream (for topping)

Preparation
Step 1
1. mix eggs, milk, water, butter, brandy, flour, salt, vanilla and sugarwith a mixer
2. let the batter stand at room temperature for 30 minutes
3. heat one side of 2 – tbsp of the batter in a 7 inch skillet
4. fill with strawberries, fold and garnish with powdered sugar or whippedcream
