Ingredients
- SOUTHWEST CHIPOLTE
- 3/4 tsp. chipotle chili pepper
- 1.2 tea. cumin
- hot pepper sauce to taste
- (Spices up beef, chicken or pork)
- MUSTARD-MAPLE
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbps. maple syrup
- (perfect to brush on salmon, turkey or pork just after grilling)
- CAROLINA-STYLE
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
- 1 tea. mustard powder
- (stir into coked pulld pork or brush over chicken)
- PEACHY GINGER
- 1/4 cup peach preserves
- 2 tea. grated peeled gresh ginger
- (great on ribs and chicken)
