Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 packages blueberry muffin mix
- 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 tbs flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbs butter

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350*. Grease a 9 inch square baking pan. Beat egg in a mixing bowl. Add sour cream, milk and muffin mix, stir just until blended. Pour batter into prepared pan and sprinkle evenly with streusel topping. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until cake begins to pull away from sides of the pan.
