• 1/4 cup plus 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
• 1/4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
• 3 tablespoons butter, melted
• 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
• 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
• 1/8 teaspoon table salt
