Ingredients
- 3/4 cup uncooked rice
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 4-6)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Mix rice, soup, water, onion powder and pepper in a 2 quart shallow baking dish. Top with chicken. Sprinkle chicken with additional pepper. Cover.
Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Uncover, and sprinkle with the cheddar cheese.
