Ingredients
- Cake:
- 2/3 cup margarine or 1/2 cup oil
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 2 3/4 cups Flour
- 2 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 1/4 cups Soy Milk (or juice)
- Filling:
- 1/3-1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp Cocoa
- Topping:
- 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 stick Margarine
- 1/2 cup Nuts (optional)
- 1/3 cup Sugar
- 5-6 Tbsp Flour
- generous p inch cinnamon
- Glaze:
- 1 1/2 cups Confectioner's Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 2-3 Tbsp Soy Milk

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350.
For cake: Beat together margarine or oil and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Add dry ingredients alternately with liquid and mix until well combined.
Combine filling ingredients in a small bowl. Pour half of batter into a lightly greased tube pan. Sprinkle filling over batter. Pour remaining batter on top.
Mix topping ingredients together. Spread evenly over batter. Bake for 45 minutes.
When cool, mix together glaze ingredients with a whisk and drizzle over cake.
