Ingredients
- 2 cups blueberries
- 1/4 cup plus 1 Tablespoon sugar
- zest of half a lemon
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 Tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice

Step 1
In a medium saucepan, over medium heat, stir together the blueberries, sugar, zest and water. Bring to a simmer.
In a small bowl, combine cornstarch, 1 Tablespoon water and lemon juice. Add to berries; stir until thickened, about 5 minutes. Serve warm over pancakes--pound cake--ice cream...
