Minature Pecan Pie Tarts

2-8oz cream cheese 5 eggs, 3 3/4 c. brown sugar,5tab butter,5 tsp 2 1/2 c butter vanilla, 3 1/2 c chopped pecans 5 c. flour bake at 350 for 25 minutes

Ingredients

  • Crust:

  • 1/2

    cup Soft Butter

  • 1/2

    cup Granulated Sugar

  • 1

    Egg

  • 1

    tsp Vanilla Extract

  • 1 3/4

    cups Flour

  • Filling:

  • 1

    cup Powdered Sugar

  • 1/2

    cup Corn Syrup

  • 1/2

    cup Butter

  • 1 1/2

    cups Chopped Pecans

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 In a Large bowl combine the softened butter, sugar, egg and vanilla extract. Slowly stir in the flour until crumbly. Press 1 Tbsp of crust into each cup with a tart press until dough lines up the sides. Bake the crust for 7 to 10 minutes until golden brown. In a sauce pan combine the powdered sugar, butter, and corn syrup until filling comes to a rolling boil. Remove from heat. Stir in pecans . Pour filling into each crust. Bake for 5 minutes. Let fully cool before removing from pan.
