Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken livers (a little less is OK)
- 2 eggs
- 1 pt. whipping cream
- 1/3 c. cold butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/4 c. flour
- 2 1/2 t. salt
- 1/4 t. Tabasco Sauce
- 1 t freshly ground pepper
- 1/2 t. allspice

Cooking time 105mins

Step 1
Blend all together.
Pour into buttered earthenware mold.
Place mold in a pan of water & bake 1 1/2 hrs at 325.
Texture is improved if pate' is weighted while cooling in the refrigerator.
