Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1 cup white sugar
• 1/4 cup shortening
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 1 cup peanut butter
• 2 cups sifted all-purpose flour
• 1 level tsp baking soda

Preparation

Step 1

Cream sugar, shortening and peanut butter. Add eggs, flour and soda. Roll in small balls and flatten with a fork. Bake in a 375 F oven for about 10 minutes. Dough will be very stiff.
