Ingredients
- Pastry:
- 1/4 cup butter
- Salt
- 1/2 cup water
- 1-1/2 teaspoons sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 3 eggs
- Cream Mixture:
- 3/4 cup ricotta cheese
- 8 ounces Mascarpone cheese
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

Step 1
Pastry:
1. Melt butter in water in small pan over medium heat.
2. Add sugar and salt, dissolve in liquid.
3. Add flour and mix to absorb all liquid. Take off heat.
4. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing until egg is fully incorporated after each addition. Dough will stick to spoon.
5. Spoon onto coated baking sheet, brush with egg.
6. Bake at 400 degrees F for 50 minutes.
7. Let cool.
Cream Mixture:
8. Mix all ingredients together and place in fridge until puffs are done.
9. Cut tops off of the puffs and fill with cream mixture.
10. Drizzle Nutella mixed with heavy cream that has been thinned over the top.
11. Top with chopped toasted hazelnuts.
