• 1 cup & 2 tblsp. sugar
• 1/2 cup oil
• 2 tblsp. sour cream
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 2 eggs
• 4 ripe bananas
• 2/3 cup nuts
• 1 2/3 cups flour
• 1/4 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp. bkg. powder
• 1/2 tsp. salt

Step 1

beat the wet ingredients. sift the ddry ingredient. spray a large loaf pan then sprinkle it with sugar. mix the wet and dry, then pour into the pan. Bake @ 350 1hour
