Ingredients
- one 10-ounce package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and thoroughly patted dry
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup reduced-fat Parmesan style grated topping
- 1/4 cup fat-free liquid egg substitute
- 3 tablespoons fat-free cream cheese, room temp
- 1 tablespoon light whipped butter or light buttery spread, room temp
- 3/4 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 3/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 black pepper
- 1/3 cup Fiber One Original bran cereal

Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except the cereal, and stir until completely mixed. Set aside.
3. In a blender or food processor, grind cereal to a breadcrumb-like consistency. Add crumbs to the large bowl and mix until integrated.
4. Prepare a baking sheet by lightly spraying it with nonstick spray. Scoop out about 1 tablespoon miure, form it into a ball with your hands, and place the rest it on the baking sheet.
5. Repeat with the rest of the mixture, yielding a total of about 18 balls.
6. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Allow to cool slightly, and then have a ball !!
