- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup plain corn meal
- 1/4 cup diced jalapeno-seeded
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbs sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1/4-1/3 tbs oil
- 1 cup milk
