- one 6-oz. can whole pitted black olives, drained and chopped or sliced
- one 16-oz. can fat-free refried beans
- 1 C. reduced-fat cheddar cheese, shredded
- 3 plum tomatoes, seeded and diced
- 1 C. reduced-fat sour cream
- 2 Tbs. reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 3 avocados
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- one 1.25-oz. packet reduced-sodium taco seasoning mix

Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl, mix together sour cream, mayonnaise, and taco seasoning. In a separate bowl, mash avocados and mix in lemon juice. Spread refried beans on the bottom of a bowl or serving platter. Top with avocado mixture, then sour cream mixture. Next, lay on cheese, then tomatoes, then olives. Chill for 2 or more hours, then serve.
