1 cup flour
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon cooking oil

Preparation

Step 1

1. Heat oven to 450 degrees F.
2. Generously grease 8 muffin cups
3. Beat eggs slightly.
4. Beat in flour, milk and oil until smooth.
5. Fill tins half way.
6. Bake 20 minutes.
7. Decrease oven temperature to 350 degrees F and bake 15-20 minutes longer.
