Streusel Coffee Cake

Ingredients

• 1 box yellow cake mix
• 1 package yeast
• 1 cup flour
• 2/3 cup warm water
• 2 eggs
• 5 tbs margarine melted and cooled
• 2 tbs sugar
• 1 can pie filling

Preparation

Step 1

Beat 1 1/2 cups cake mix, yeast, flour, eggs, and water with mixer for 2 min. Spread in 9x13 inch greased pan. Mix remaining cake with cooled margarine and sugar until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Top dough with any type of pie filling desired and crumb mixture. Bake at 375* degrees for 30 min.
