Strawberry Bread

Ingredients

• 2-10 ounce package frozen strawberries thawed or 2 cups fresh
• 4 eggs
• 1 1/4 cup oil
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 3 cup flour
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 cup sugar
• 3 tsp cinnamon
• 1 cup chopped nuts

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350*. Grease and flour loaf pans
{either 2 large or 6 small}. In medium bowl stir in strawberries, eggs and oil. In a large bowl combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking soda, salt and nuts. Add strawberry mixture to dry. Stir until just blended. Pour into pans and bake at 350* for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean when put in the middle. Serve plain or with cream cheese spread
