Mocha Icing

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup shortening
• 2 teaspoons powdered coffee
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 4 cups confectioners sugar
• 1 egg
• 1/3 cup milk
• 1/2 cup cocoa

Preparation

Step 1

Blend shortening, eggs, cocoa, coffee and salt. Add sugar alternately with milk and vanilla. Beat until smooth.
