  • 1 Snack size (10 - 16 oz) package Duncan Hines brownie mix (8x8 inch pan size)

  • 3 8 ounce packages cream cheese, SOFTENED
  • 3/4 Cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
  • 3 Large eggs, room temperature

Step 1

1. CRUST:
2. 1.) Prepare and bake brownies as directed on package, using a well greased 9-inch SPRINGFORM pan.
3. FILLING:
4. 1.) Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Blend in sour cream. Add eggs on low speed, just until blended. Pour over baked brownie crust.
5. 2.) Bake in preheated 325 Degrees F oven (300 Degrees F if using a dark or nonstick pan) for 60 - 65 minutes or until center is almost set.
6. 3.) Remove from heat. Run knife or metal spatula around rim of pan to loosen cake; cool completely on wire rack before removing rim of pan. Refrigerate 4 hours or OVERNIGHT.
7. 4.) Remove rim of pan and serve cheesecake on metal pan bottom.
