Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 TBSP vanilla
- 1 TBSP instant coffee granules
- 1 cup cold nonfat milk
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 2 tsps vinegar
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1/4 cup applesauce
- 1 egg
- 4 ounces chocolate chunks

Step 1
Combine 'wet' ingredients in one large bowl.
Mix dry ingredients together in another bowl.
Mix all of the ingredients together, then add the chocolate chunks.
Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for about 20 minutes.
