- For marinade:
- 4 rib eye steaks
- 1 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup honey
- Salt, to taste
- Generous splash of Worcestershire

Mix marinade ingredients in a bowl. Refrigerate, covered, 30 minutes.
2. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high.
3. Remove chilled marinade from refrigerator; coat steaks. Grill over medium-high, about 4 minutes each side for medium-rare. Serve steaks whole or, for a large group, slice steaks very thin and arrange on a platter so people can help themselves.
