Ingredients
- 1 Whole Chicken or Chicken parts
- 3-4 stalks Celery & Leaves
- 1 lge Onion (chopped)
- 3-4 lge Carrots (diced)
- 2 Parsnips (diced) optional
- 2-3 tbsp. Parsley fresh or dry
- 1 Potato (diced)

Preparation
Step 1
Cover Chicken with cold water, bring to boil, skim foam for about 2 Mins. add remaining ingredients and let simmer about 2 hrs. add more water if necessary.
If not strong enough add one or two Bouillon cubes.
Salt & Pepper to taste.
