Ingredients

  • 1 Pkg fresh wonton wrappers
  • 5-6 slices bacon, fried crispy
  • 1 tomato, chopped coarsely & drained
  • 1/2 onion, small, chopped finely
  • 1/2 c mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c swiss cheese
  • 1 t. basil

Preparation

Step 1

Chop bacon, tomato, & onion & add to cheese & mayo.

Place each wonton wrapper over mini-muffin tin and press into place.

Using a small scoop, fill in the cups with the mixture.

Twist the wrappers closed.

Bake at 375 10-15 minutes until brown.
