Ingredients
- 4 cups thinly sliced apples
- 2 tbs flour
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1 pie crust shell
- 2/3 cup flour
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- dash of salt
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup butter

Step 1
Preheat oven and cookie sheet to 400*. Combine apples, sugar, flour, spices and salt. Spoon into pie shell. For crumb topping in small bowl combine sugar and flour, cut butter into flour mixture until crumbly. Sprinkle over apples. Bake at 400* for 30 - 35 minutes until brown.
