Ingredients
- 2 or 3 chicken breasts (bone in)
- 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise or sour cream
- 1 pkg. Chopped Broccoli or Spears
- 1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Bread Crumbs
- Butter or Margarine

Step 1
Cook broccoli according to package directions.
Drain - Put into a 13 x 9 x 2" oven proof pan.
Simmer Chicken in water for about 35 mins.
Take meat off bones - save broth.
Chop chicken and layer over broccoli.
Mix Cream of Chicken Soup with Mayonnaise and some of the chicken broth to a nice creamy consistency.
Pour over Chicken and Broccoli
Sprinkle on Cheddar Cheese - add bread crumbs - dot with the butter.
Bake 350 deg. for 30 to 35 mins.
(I like to add a couple of extra pieces of chicken to the pot when simmering and at the same time I make a nice tasty pot of chicken soup. After removing the chicken breasts add soup ingredients.)
