Kahlua Surprise

Ingredients

• 1/4 C Kahlúa
• 1 pint heavy whipping cream
• 3 packages chips-a-hoy chocolate chip cookies
• 28 oz cool whip (thawed)

Preparation

Step 1

1. combine Kahlúa and heavy whipping cream over low heat
* this mixture should stay warm, but never get too hot

2. dip cookies into the mixture with a slotted spoon

3. create a layer on the bottom of a glass serving dish with dipped cookies

4. over the cookie layer with a cool whip layer

5. alternate dipped cookie layers and cool whip layers

6. top the final cool whip layer with crushed cookie crumbs
