Corn Casserole

Ingredients

• 1 can creamed corn
• 1 can corn drained
• 2 eggs beaten
• 1 small onion chopped
• 1/2 cup water
• 1 jiffy corn muffin mix
• 1/2 stick margarine

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients. Pour into 2 quart pan and bake at 350* for 1 hour.
