  • 1/2 stick unsalted butter
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 pound boneless chicken breast
  • 4 oz diced green chiles, drained
  • 3 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 10 fajita size flour tortillas
  • 1/3 cup half/half
  • 1 cup shredded Monterrey Jack Cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven 350* coat 13x9 with nonstick spray, Melt butter in skillet add onion, cook 5 min, add chicken cut into strips cook 5 min. Stir in chiles, cream cheese and salt. Spoon 1/3 cup filling in center, roll and place seam side down in baking dish Drizzle with half/half and sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered 350* for 23 min. until top is golden.
