Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tbsp. quick-cooking oats
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 3/4 cup finely chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup fat free milk

Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. In a large bowl, combine flours and baking powder; stire in oats.
2. Cut margarine into the flour mixture until well mixed. Add pecans and brown sugar; mix well. Stir in enough milk with a fork to form a paste.
3. Turn onto a floured surface; kenad lightly until smooth. Roll out on a floured surface to 1/4 to 1/8" thickness. Cut with a 1-1/2: round cookie cutter.
4. Place on baking sheets coated wtih nonstick cooking spray. Bake for 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on wire rack.
