Ingredients
- 6 Yukon gold potatoes peeled and cubed
- 2 sweet potatoes peeled and cubed
- 2 tbs butter
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbs chicken bouillon granular
- 1 2/3 tbs brown sugar
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 2 cups Monterrey jack shredded cheese

Step 1
Place potatoes and sweet potatoes in a large pot with enough water to cover. Bring to a boil. Cook 15 minutes or until tender but firm still. Remove from heat and drain. Preheat oven broiler. In large bowl mash potatoes. Gradually mix in butter, heavy cream, chicken bouillon, brown sugar and pepper. Transfer mixture to medium baking dish and top with cheese. Broil uncovered 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and browned.
