Ingredients
- 3 to 4 pounds spare ribs
- 1- 18 ounce bottle original barbeque sauce
- 4 tbs Emerils original essen
- 1 - 12 ounce beer

Step 1
The day before rub each side of the ribs generously with dry blend.{a blend of your choice} Wrap in plastic and refrigerate overnight. Serving day preheat grill to high. In a medium bowl combine BBQ sauce,essen and beer. Sear ribs on grill over high heat 2 to 3 minutes per side, do not cook thoroughly. Preheat oven to 300. Place ribs in a large deep roasting pan. Pour BBQ sauce over the ribs and coat all sides good. Cook uncovered 2 1/2 to 3 hours or until tender, basting ribs every hour. Sauce will thicken as it cooks.
