Technically I make a "Rachel" since I use pastrami. I don't even really like sauerkraut, but I like this.

Ingredients

2/3 c Mayo
1/3 c Thousand Island Dressing
1 8oz can Sauerkraut, drained
1 8oz bag shredded Swuss Cheese (2 cups)
1 6oz pkg Corned Beef chopped
2 Green Onions sliced

Step 1

350*
Mix mayo & 1000 Island in bowl
In ungreased pie pan layer:
sauerkraut
1/2 of cheese
corned beef
mayo Mix
cheese (mixed w/ green onions)
Bake 20-25 min.
