Ingredients
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup Stove Top stuffing mix
- 2 turkey or chicken cutlet, pounded very thin
- 2 Tablespoon flour
- Dash pepper
- 2 Tablespoon butter
- 4 Tablespoon dry white wine
- 3 Tablespoons water

Step 1
Bring 1/2 cup water to boil. Stir in stuffing mix. Cover; remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes; fluff with a fork.
Spoon the stuffing mixture onto one end of the cutlet. Roll as for jelly roll; secure with a wooden toothpick.
Combine flour and pepper; roll cutlet in flour mixture and brown evenly in butter in a small skillet. Add wine and 3 Tablespoons water. Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes, turning roll twice.
