Sourdough Pancakes

I used to make mine from scratch, but I stopped when I found this mix that was sold through a local farmer's market. It's called "Dorothy's Sawtooth Sourdough" and it is simply the BEST sourdough pancakes I have ever tasted.

Ingredients

• 1 cup Dororthy's sourdough mix
• 1 egg
• 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
• warm water

Preparation

Step 1

Stir all together and mix with a fork for 2 minutes. Then let rise in a warm place for 10 minutes. Stir down the bubbles and cook on a pre-heated griddle at 350 degrees.
