• Dressing:
• 1 Bag Baby Spinach Washed & Bite Size
• 1 C Crumbled Feta
• 2-3 Strips Crisp Crumbled Bacon
• 4 Green Onions Sliced Thin
• 2 Hard Boiled Eggs Sliced
• 1/2 C EVOO
• 2 T White Wine Vinegar
• 2 T Fresh Lemon Juice
• 1/4 t Dry Mustard
• 1/4 t Salt
• Fresh Ground Pepper
