Ingredients

  • Crumble:
  • 1 cup white rice flour
  • 1/2 cup tapioca starch
  • 1/4 cup potato starch
  • 1 tsp xanthan gum
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ceylon cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp all spice
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup cloudy apple cider
  • 2 apples, peeled and cut up
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup canola oil
  • 1/4 cup white rice flour
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon softened butter
  • 1 tsp water

Preparation

Step 1

Peel and slice/cut apples into small cubes.

Combine all flours, xanthan, salt and spices, along with the baking soda and baking powder. Stir the apples into this dry mixture.

Combine the sugar with the wet ingredients.

Fold wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients.

Lastly, prepare the crumble by mixing together all ingredients into one bowl. Pour batter into standard sized pre-greased bread pan. Sprinkle/arrange over top of bread.


Bake for 50 minutes in preheated 350 degree oven on the middle rack
