Ingredients
- 500 g extra-lean minced beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 14-oz tin diced tomatoes
- 1 14-oz tin kidney beans, drained
- 1 small green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp Splenda
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
