Ingredients
- 3 t. vegetable oil
- 1.5 lbs. boneless, skinless chix breasts, in thin strips
- 3/4 t. salt
- 1/2 t. pepper
- 1 head bok choy (~2 lbs.) trimmed & roughly chopped
- 1 red pepper sliced
- 3 ribs celery sliced
- 1 cup chix broth
- 2 t. soy sauce
- 1 T. cornstarch
- 2 t. sugar
- 1/4 t. hot sauce
- 2 t. sesame oil
- 2 t. sesame seeds
- 4 cups cooked brown rice

Preparation
Step 1
Heat 2 T. oil in large skillet. Season chix with 1/4 t. each salt & pepper. Add chix to skillet and stir fry 3 min. Remove to bowl with slotted spoon.
Add remaining T. oil to skillet. Stir in bok choy, red pepper and celery. Stir fry 4 min., seasoning with remaining 1/2 t. salt & 1/4 t. pepper.
Mix chix broth, soy sauce, cornstarch, sugar and hot sauce in small bowl. Stir into skillet. Cook 1 min. and stir in sesame oil & sesame seeds. Serve with rice.
