Ingredients

  • 2

    cans of Cream of Chicken or Cream of Mushroom soup

  • 1

    can of chicken or you can use tuna (I get these at Costco) = about 1 1/2 cups of shredded chicken

  • 2

    cans of milk (fill the soup can with milk)

  • 1

    bag of Ruffles Chips

  • 2

    cups grated cheese

  • 1

    cup sour cream

  • 1

    bag of egg noodle pasta

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Cook the pasta in boiling water until al dente (you want these almost cooked but not quite all the way) Mix the cream of chicken, milk, chicken and sour cream together in a bowl. Adds strained pasta to that mixture and stir together. Pour into a 9x13 dish and place in oven Bake for 25 minutes Add crumbled Ruffles Chips to top along with cheese (I also like to stir some of the cheese and chips in at this point) then cover the top with a good layer of chips and cheese. Bake for another 10 minutes (until cheese is melted but be sure chips don't burn) Serve and enjoy!
