  • 3 oz filet mignon
  • salt pepper
  • 1/4 reg bell pepper,diced
  • 4 broccoli florets
  • 1 oz diced onion
  • 6 individual snow peas
  • 3 each shiitake muschrooms
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp orange juice
  • 1/2 tsp minced ginger
  • tsp sesame seeds

Preparation

Step 1

Clean and cut the filet into slices.Season with salt and pepper,then saute.Remove from the pan and reserve.In the same saute pan , stir-fry all vegetables.
Whisk together the soy sauce,orange juice,and ginger.Add this mixture to the saute pan along with the reserved beef.Add seeds Serve
