  • 1 1/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup butter softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups chocolate chips



Step 1

Preheat oven to 375. Combine flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon In a small bowl. Beat butter, sugar, brown sugar, and peanut butter in a large mixer bowl until creamy. Beat in egg and vanilla extract. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in morsels. Groping dough by the tablespoon onto a ungreased baking sheet. Press down slightly to flatten into 2 inch circles. Bake 7 to 10 minutes or until edges are set but centers are still soft. Cool on baking sheet for 4 minutes; remove to wire rack. Cool completely .
