  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 1/2 cup liqueur of choice
  • 3/4 cup chopped dried fruit

Step 1

Let cream cheese soften. Place in medium mixing bowl. Add sugar and half of the liqueur. Whip with whisk or beater. Add remaining liqueur, whip again. Check consistency. It should be spreadable; add a small amount of liqueur if it's too thick. Fold in chopped fruit. Use as desired. Store in refrigerator.
