Librarian Sharon's Mac and Cheese

- Bread Crumbs - Italian Fine
- 4 TBS Butter - cubed
- 5 TBS Flour
- 3 cups of whole milk
- 3 sticks of extra sharp white cheddar - cubed
- Mc Cormick Salt & Spice
- One Box Medium Shells
In a big pot on low heat, melt butter. Add flour, stirring continually.
Add Cheese cubes to mixture gradually, let most of it melt.
Add the cooked shells
Put into casserole and top with bread crumbs.
Bake 1/2 hour at 350
