  • 1 pound frozen shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

1.Preheat oven to 350°F.

2.Combine hash brown potatoes, whipping cream 1-1/4 cups cheddar cheese, green onions, salt and black pepper in a large bowl and mix well.

3.Spoon potato mixture into four individual 1-cup baking dishes or one 11x 7-inch baking dish.

4.Sprinkle with the remaining cheddar cheese. Bake until hot and bubbly, about 25 minutes.
