Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/4 cup light corn syrup
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream

Preparation
Step 1
Bring sugar, corn syrup and water to a boil. Boil about 10 minutes until medium golden. Remove from heat and stir in cream [will bubble a lot]. Return to heat and bring to boil stirring. Reduce heat to medium- low and simmer 8 to 10 minutes, stirring constantly until thick like molasses, cool. If to thick add a little more cream.
